5 teachers have been suspended from Kathgora College at Moheshpur Upozilla in Jhinaidah district for assisting examinees in coping in examinations. They are- Pradeep Kumar from Philosophy, Samima Akter Diba from Bangla department, Shahin Khan from Physics, Rezaul Karim from Social Science and Ariful Islam from Management. Ashrafur Rahman, Upozilla Nirbahi Officer acknowledged about that, it is noticed a disordered environment while taking Database Management examination on Tuesday. This time teachers helped the examinees to copy in the examinations. These five teachers are suspended for assisting examinees in coping in examinations room.
Mujibul Haque, Hall super of Kathgora College in Moheshpur said, I’ve heard 5 teachers from my college have been discharged from duty. I went Jessore Board to bring examinations paper. He commented that, the responsibilities of examinees should not be imposed on the teachers.
In this side, the hall super and principal of the college have become very worried not to stopping their (suspended teachers) salaries. They exposed to the media the name of the teachers who had no duty on Tuesday of non MPO teachers.
Abdur Razzak, teacher from Kathgora College acknowledged to the UNO of Moheshkhali over the phone that, he wasn’t on duty that day. Even his name has been listed on the suspended list.
